Membership Software needed

I need a membership software to collect customers data. Software must work with RFID. Software should have employee login and admin login Employee login should be limited use and not allowed to remove customers only add new customers. Options needed on registering new customer- First Name, Last Name, DOB, Address, Phone #, and Driver license #. Must be able to take customers picture and save with information. When customer walks in slides the RFID keychain to the reader customer picture will show for employee to verify. Customer will have option to choose $5 , $10, $20, or $100. Admin should have control over the amount to be shown to customer example $5 $20 $100 or $5 $10 default should be $5 $20. Once customer selects the amount. employee should be able to enter machine # 1, #2 or #3 and so on. employees will only have option to make new members with RFID keychain. Also enter machine # once customer selects amount after scanning RFID keychain. Employee should not be able to change the dollar amount after customer selects amount. Employees CANNOT edit or create duplicate RFID keychain. Only admin should be allowed to create duplicate RFID keychains for registered customers. Employee needs option to print report end of day. Showing Time customer arrived, Machine #, customer name, Amount selected, and total from all customers in each shift. Each employee should have separate logins to check each shift report. Software should work with my RFID reader/burner. Let me know if you can do this.
