I would like you to create a .dll wrapper of the JSBSim c++ static library, for use in Prepar3D V4. It will be a 64 bit project, please download the SDK from Lockheed Martin and use either the PDK Simple Airplane for the project. This is a complete wrapper and will need to handle initializing JSBSim, starting, pausing stopping, controls, copying data to and from the two simulators.
I would also like it to open a shared memory, to allow direct variable sharing with an external c++ program.

The aim of the project is to use JSBSim to replace the default Flight Dynamics of Prepar3D. Using an internal .dll, which is the PDK SimpleAirplane example in the SDK, the plugin will need to create a new instance of JSBSim, be able to control it with synchronization to the simulator. So it will need to pause, copy controls from P3D to JSBSim, and copy the properties of JSBSim back to Prepar3D.
The plugin creates a new aircraft, which also sets up JSBSim, all the relevant variables, ideally a pointer or interface to JSBSim's Property Manager, it will need to handle things such as ground handling - e.g. synchronising the ground level from P3D->JSBSim.
