We need someone to install the configure the open source script Fine Uploader ([login to view URL]) to our server and create a single page which allows public upload of files direct to our Amazon S3 bucket. Detailed guide ([login to view URL]) Points: Must be mobile friendly page. Needs to capture 1-2 text fields and these will be used to create/rename the uploaded file. Should use S3 Transfer Acceleration Server less upload ([login to view URL])
