I need a Windows compatible software that I can load a video (mp4 or avi) into that measures the video frames from beginning to end and that will allow me to mark a frame or section of frames and pause it at any point while reviewing the video in an adjustable size (small to medium size).
FFMpeg should be used for consistency
I should be able to watch the video at multiple speeds to review it in slow motion or a fast forward and it should have a scroll bar to automatically move it to the desired spot.
The frame number that we are on should always be shown. When a frame is marked, it should bring up a box I can type comments into and then allow me to continue viewing the video, marking frames and taking notes as I go.
At the end of the video, I want to be able to tell it to generate a csv file that has a complete listing of what frames or frame ranges were selected, and what my notes for the frame or frames were.
I would expect to be able to fast forward and rewind the video and add or remove notes that I made and still have the ending text file result in a chronological listing of notes noted by time or frame number. It should have the option it to show the csv/text file on the side at all times and allow me to edit it if needed before generating the final csv file.
I would like the final csv name to exactly match the name of the video file loaded into it.
