Convert tradingview indicator into Java or C++ script

I need to convert a tradingview script into Java/C++ to use it as indicator and backtests on Price chart.
I need a Java or C++ script to compute the VMC Cipher B divergence indicator for cryptocurrencies on Binance. Basically, it should look the same as in TradingView eg:
