DS28E01-100 chip unblock

We have 3d printersthat use colsed cartridges a DS28E01-100 1Kb Protected 1-Wire EEPROM with SHA-1 Engine chip that tells how much material is left, once "empty" it can no longer be used. We already have a solution for reading, rewritting eeproms from oldest machines which use an DS 2433 Eeproom, but we can not do do the same with the DS28E01. So we need a programm with an interface which enables to read, change settings (materials, quantity,..) and rewrite.
