To build a text editor with a few specific features.

Need a text editor to input the following data via manual input.
We have two forms of data.
Rack no. And barcode information.
Rack no. to be repeated till new rack no. is provided.
Barcode information can never be duplicate. ( If duplicate found then send error and don't type the barcode into the file. )
The barcode and the rack no. will be separated with a tab. Such that in Excel (on the PC) they automatically come in different columns.
Save the file in local storage to be transferred to a PC.
