(If you know a person that fits the job, please don't hesitate to take contact)
- Energetic, social person. Must be able to approach people.
- Good english, to communicate with me
- Driver license (car is a plus, dont have to be a van)
-Has a sense of where tourists come and where there are crowded population near shops. Vending machine placement. (obviously I know all this, but a common sense and a little brains is needed^^) Working locations near the north coast and szczecin, or near capital area, or just crowded areas.
- Loyalty and discretion
- Age pref 18-late 20's
- It would be a plus if you have a 2-6m^2 space to use for storage
I used to run a vending machine company in PL, but had to close down without notice because I got sick , and after returning I was doing other stuff in my own country. I still posses assets, so basically it is just sitting around and I dont have time to start it up, since I can't stay in Poland for a full month (or 2) (this is what it took me to setup contracts, and I believe you can easily do the same now).
What I am offering is a good opportunity for the right person. When everything is flowing, I worked 2 days pr month (excl. growing the business,) to pay off a normal salary.
For the right worker, I would consider selling some equity (in case you want it down the line)
So.. what to do?
Drive around to places/areas that make sense, talk to shops/owners to set contract to put vending machine. Keep 1 in car for show.
These machines need refill and empty 1 time pr month. Small storage needed for goods 1-2m^2.
FINAL NOTE, expect to put in cheap work to prove your worth for the first weeks. I dont care about the money, I need a loyal person who can groom this, and know its a good opportunity for easy side income or full time occupation longterm. I did this myself (and I dont even speak Polish), was successful doing it too, so in my opinion its a give-away.
Sorry if something is a bit unclear, I still have some issues typing after my sick leave, so I dont correct everything to point. Yet I tried to be quite specific and detailed. Ignore budget, this is a longterm opportunity
