Develop a LinkedIn group and increase membership

Job Description:
We are exploring offering a 3 month proof of concept contract to develop a LinkedIn group, posting content and increasing the membership numbers with targeted invitations to relevant professionals in the ethical, green and sustainable finance sector.
You will receive limited support from Subject matter experts to ensure the content is relevant and contributes effectively to the debate.
We represent a not-for-profit organisation who are committed to delivering positive change to achieve the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. We work with a coalition of government, the finance sector and civil society to convene, consider and curate content that impacts change in the financial sector.
We would seek advice from. the appointed freelancer about the types of content and engagements that best impact on membership numbers and activity, with the clear direction that the content and membership interactions be ethical, supportive of the goals of the organisation (i.e., no SPAM, no irrelevant content)
The key deliverables include
1. A sustained growth in membership numbers through targeted membership invitations to verifiable members of that green, sustainable and ethical finance community.
2. Month-on-month increase in group engagement analytics, with limited support from subject matter experts.
3. Commensurate increase in engagement on client-owner posts shared to the group in line with increased growth of the group.
We are open to content / engagement proposals and realistic proposed KPIs based on this limited proof of concept project.
