We are a Start-up Cie in HR recruitment. We will need a social media specialist to implement and create strategies to grow our candidate base on FB-IG-Twitter-Pinterest - Linkedin-Youtub-Tik Tok ....We will have different phases for this mandate
Phase 1 : Will need a detailed plan/ideas , on how you plan on reaching out to candidates ( job seekers) in Canada and the USA ( to Start) How to get those candidates to register and join us , by our app and/ or website

Phase 2 : Will put this plan into action when we are ready to launch and will need to continue to grow our Database candidates .... ( for 1st March 2023 )
Phase 3 : Plus handle all social media accounts and post creation content on Web , app and all social media accounts 1/per week. ( as of March 2023 )

Should be for about 10 hrs per week ( 2 hrs per day ) when we launch ... Estimated date 01 march 2023.
Phase 1 detailed plan, you can show your ideas and what you think is best way to attract job seekers to register on our app and website ( with a Limited budget) then we will discuss the plan together and agree on the best strategy to do before the launch !
