Who we are:
My name is Katie, one of the co-founders of a small boutique recruitment agency based outside of London called Peeq. We are a new business (established in 2020) and have enjoyed some good success over our initial year of trading.
What we do:
Our work is specialised to purely HR recruitment. So anything from hiring HR Managers, Internal Recruiters and HR Business Partners for our clients. Our clients tend to be small to medium sizes businesses so anywhere from 100 to 5000 people.
We offer a premium service and focus on quality and delivery.
What we need:
Whilst my background is marketing and comms, one of the areas I take little enjoyment from is social media! It's just not something that comes naturally to me... and I recognise that I need some help!
I understand what good looks like and the principles of effective social media marketing, but I just don't have the inclination to actively engage on social media platforms myself.
We are therefore looking for a freelance social media specialist who can take full ownership of our key channel, LinkedIn, to drive engagement and promote topical relevance amongst of our audience.
We have some content on our website - [login to view URL] but this opportunity would also involve creating and curating content for LinkedIn.
The ideal person to help us run our LinkedIn page would be someone who has experience in the B2B space and is a specialist on LinkedIn marketing. I would envisage this person spending c. 3-5 hours a week on our social media presence.
Who our audience is:
Clients - senior HR and recruitment professionals, business owners, CEOs and COOs
Candidates - all HR professionals seeking a new HR role
How we'd work:
Whilst not personally keen to run our social media, I would be on hand to suggest potential topics and themes for content and would always be available to run ideas and posts past in advance. I am looking for someone to add value and work alongside me as a peer. I am not looking to manage an employee!
