We are looking to work with a content creator / social media manager who can take ownership of our brand’s social media presence and drive consistent reach, engagement, and discoverability through relatable, viral-style content. This role goes beyond just posting content — we want someone who understands platform behavior, trends, and audience psychology, and can actively manage and grow the page. The primary responsibility will be to create and manage content for our business social media page, including reels, static posts, stories, and daily engagement activities such as replying to comments and interacting with the audience. The focus is strictly on organic growth and reach, not aesthetic-heavy or overly cinematic production. We are looking for simple, authentic, and highly relatable content that has strong viral potential. We will send physical products for shooting (India-based creators only). Content should be shot in a natural, phone-style format that feels native to platforms like Instagram rather than polished advertisements. The intent is to blend into the feed, trigger engagement, and encourage shares, saves, and profile visits. The expected monthly output includes 15 reels and 15 static posts, all aligned with current trends, brand tone, and audience interests. In addition, the page must have daily story updates, including but not limited to reposting reels and posts on stories. Stories should also include interactive formats such as polls, questions, reactions, behind-the-scenes moments, and product-led storytelling to maintain daily touchpoints with the audience. This role also includes active page management. This means timely replies to comments, encouraging conversations, engaging with followers where relevant, and maintaining a lively, responsive brand presence. Passive posting without engagement will not be considered sufficient. We expect the creator to plan content strategically rather than randomly. A weekly content calendar should be prepared in advance, outlining the content theme, hook, format, and posting schedule. Along with this, we expect weekly performance reports that clearly show progress in terms of reach, engagement, follower growth, and content performance. These reports should also include insights on what worked, what didn’t, and how the strategy will be adjusted in the coming weeks. The ultimate success metric for this engagement is reach and visibility growth. While conversions are a long-term goal, the immediate expectation is improved discoverability, stronger engagement signals, and increasing traction across posts and reels. We are looking for someone who understands trends early, adapts quickly, and thinks like a creator rather than a traditional marketer. Prior experience managing brand pages, examples of viral or high-performing content, and a strong understanding of Instagram’s algorithm and content formats will be highly valued. This is an ongoing engagement, and we are interested in building a long-term working relationship with someone who can grow with the brand and consistently improve performance month over month.
