About Us: We are a new Virtual Reality (VR) entertainment venue opening in Sydney next month, that will be the premier VR destination in Sydney. We are offering award winning, multiplayer, free-roam VR experiences that are immersive, engaging, unique and fun. What we are looking for? We are looking for someone to manage our digital marketing campaigns, social media accounts, community management and engagement. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years experience in a similar role with knowledge and experience to create and launch new campaigns across various target market segments on our social media platforms. MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: The digital marketing coordinator will work with the directors and managers of the company to create and run campaigns on digital media platforms to increase awareness and promote sales. They will coordinate, administer and manage our digital marketing and advertising campaigns, content creation and community management. The digital marketing coordinator is instrumental in managing the company’s content-related assets. Administration and management includes but is not limited to: Marketing Strategy and Plan * Execute VRK’s existing marketing strategy and plan * Further develop strategy, objectives and targets for our marketing campaign * Support and manage promotion of brand awareness and online reputation * Manage other team members to curate and create content * Develop a posting schedule for the various segments we intend to target. Manage all marketing campaigns * Create and run paid digital marketing campaigns such as Facebook Ads, Google Adwords etc. * Manage and publish blogs and newsletters * Email direct marketing to promote leads and sales * Turning fans into customers by creating posts, campaigns and advertisements. Measure marketing performance * Analyse trends, success of campaigns and campaign analytics About you: You will be a result oriented person with a passion for marketing and a keen drive to learn new things. Qualifications: Formal qualifications are preferred but not required for the right candidate however experience in digital marketing field and with platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Adwords and tools like Hootsuite or the like, are essential. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication Organised and able to meet deadlines Able to identify and adapt to new trends in marketing and digital platforms Able to learn and master new techniques Able to be engaging, fun and interactive with our target audience Able to work unsupervised Self starter with a can do attitude
