TikTok-Led Social Media Management

My priority is to turn TikTok into the engine of my brand’s growth while keeping Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn active and on-message. I need a manager who can plan, create, and publish short, tutorial-style videos that demonstrate our products in action, then repurpose that material into engaging posts for the other networks. Day to day you will: • Script, film or edit product-demonstration tutorials for TikTok and schedule them for optimal reach • Adapt each TikTok into native Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn posts (image carousels, Reels, short captions, etc.) • Research trending sounds, hashtags, and competitor tactics to keep us visible • Monitor comments and DMs, answering promptly in our brand voice • Track key metrics and deliver a concise performance report every week (follower growth, watch time, engagement rate) You’ll have free rein with Canva, CapCut, or any preferred editing tools as long as the content stays fresh, on brand, and on schedule. Consistency and creativity matter more to me than huge production budgets, so I’m counting on your reliability and flair for turning everyday features into scroll-stopping moments.
