Follow Target Users ・Follow 70 users per working day. ・Work on Days 1–3 and Days 5–7. Total follows: 420. Target audience: American women, ages 18–22. You do not need to search from scratch. The Instagram accounts already follow many users in this audience, so Instagram's suggested users will mostly match the target demographic. 2. Send Messages Send the provided message template to users who follow you back. Use the template exactly as provided: "Hi, [Her Name]! I’m Yuki, a software engineer building a social networking app. Would it be okay if I asked you a few questions if you currently have a boyfriend or girlfriend you don’t live with? I want to learn more about what American couples are like!" 3. Unfollow Users Regularly unfollow users as instructed to keep the Following/Follower ratio balanced. If the number of accounts you are following becomes much higher than your followers, the follow-back rate tends to decrease. Safety Rules (Very Important): ・Do NOT follow all 70 users at once. ・Split the work into 2 sessions of 35 follows each. ・Leave at least 3 seconds between every follow. ・Following faster than this increases the risk of Instagram restrictions.
