Manage & Grow Brand On Reddit

Reddit Community & Brand Reputation Manager We are looking for an experienced freelancer to manage and grow our brand presence on Reddit. Responsibilities - Monitor Reddit for mentions - Identify relevant discussions where our brand or products can add value. - Create high-quality Reddit posts that follow each subreddit's rules. - Respond to questions and comments in a professional, helpful, and non-promotional manner. - Build positive engagement with medical students and healthcare communities. - Monitor competitor discussions and share actionable insights. - Escalate negative or sensitive discussions immediately. - Maintain a positive brand reputation across Reddit communities. Deliverables - Daily monitoring of Reddit discussions. - Respond to relevant questions within agreed SLAs. - Create 3–5 original Reddit posts per week. - Share weekly sentiment and engagement reports. - Track brand mentions, competitor mentions, and trending topics. - Recommend content ideas based on community discussions. Requirements - Proven experience managing Reddit communities. - Excellent English communication skills. - Understanding of Reddit etiquette and subreddit moderation rules. - Experience with social listening tools is a plus. Success Metrics - Increased positive brand mentions. - Faster response to community questions. - Growth in engagement and karma. - High-quality discussions without violating subreddit rules. - Weekly insights and recommendations for improving brand visibility.
