I'm well-versed in FBC 2023 (8th edition) and IRC annotation standards, and comfortable working independently once scope is locked. Just a few questions: 1. Are your projects primarily single-family new construction, or do they include renovations/additions requiring existing-condition documentation? 2. Do you need wind-load and wall-bracing details incorporated directly into the plan set, or will structural/engineering info be provided separately for reference?
