The assignment involves verifying the applicant’s employment certificate through an in-person site visit to the issuing organization. During the visit, please ensure the following requirements are completed: The employment verification form must be completed by the issuing authority or an authorized representative of the organization. The completed verification form should include the relevant details and, where applicable, the authorized representative’s signature and official stamp. Take 10 GPS-tagged photographs using a GPS camera application: 5 photographs from inside the organization/facility. 5 photographs from outside the organization/facility. The photographs should clearly demonstrate that the site visit was conducted at the stated location. Any discrepancy, refusal, or issue encountered during the verification should be reported and supported with appropriate evidence. The completed verification form and GPS-tagged photographs are mandatory requirements for the verification process.
