Site Features Wanted for a phpbb forum community site

I need These FIVE things added to my site. They should be relatively easy, i doubt they are really hard to complete. My Site: [login to view URL] 1) Referral Tracking System with automatic points added to referrer. The site has a Points System that members earn by posting, winning contests and etc.... I need to implement a Referral tracking system that will track all referrals made by all members and the referrer will get an X amount of points. Amount of points to be change-able by me. 2) Ignore Button I need to implement and "Ignore Button" feature. I am sure you know how or what the ignore button is/does. If not let me know and i will show you an example. 3) Email Verification System. Currently the site does not verify emails. I need it to verify all new members emails when they register. 4) Replace Current Banner Rotator with another If you go to the site, You will see a banner rotator at the bottom that i have no knowledge of how to use or upload. either find a way for me to use it and teach me, or replace with another banner rotator. Banner Rotator can be simple, just with minimal tracking stats, like Impressions and click-thrus. 5) Add Links to front page or show me how to link front page announcements and AD boxes If you go to the site you will see in the home page that I have a couple announcements. 1st box "Site Down Time" and 2nd box reads "[login to view URL] Design a logo contest". I need to know how to link this at the home page so that members can click on it and it will take them to where the article is actually posted. Also BOTTOM LEFT box that reads "Links" along with empty box across it to the right, I need to learn how to link those to links or a small ad or something. ** I don't belive it is too much work. I do NOT have a time table for this project, just as long as it gets done in a timly manner or so..... no hurries, just as long as it gets done. I have a price in mind as to how much this should cost me, according to other similar projects I have paid for in the past. I will look at all offers, ESPECIALLY ones that offer support to me, like teaching me how to LINK the above requirements in this project. Thanks.
