Problema con la API en un personalizador de productos

¡Hola! Tenemos un problema en nuestra tienda Shopify, nuestro personalizador de productos está teniendo algunos errores y lo necesitamos rápidamente. No sabemos exactamente dónde está el problema.
El producto es una placa de Spotify, tiene un código qr de la API de Spotify y no funciona en nuestras vistas previas y en el diseño final.
Como tenemos algunos conocimientos sobre codificación, buscamos algún tipo de solución, pero no sabemos.
También queremos saber si es posible cambiar el formato del código qr a PNG en las vistas previas.
