Convert Existing HTML/CSS/JS Website into Shopify OS 2.0 Theme (Pixel-Perfect)

I have a fully built ecommerce website in HTML/CSS/JS (premium design + animations + quiz + wishlist/compare + cart drawer). I need it converted into a Shopify Online Store 2.0 theme while keeping the front-end 100% identical (pixel-perfect) on desktop and mobile. No redesign and no rebuilding from Dawn or any other theme. Keep the same UI, layout, classes, fonts, spacing, and animations. Shopify will be used as the backend for products/collections, cart, checkout, and orders. The existing UI must be connected to Shopify using Liquid + JSON injection for product data and Shopify Ajax Cart API for cart actions. Predictive search integration is preferred.
