I’m looking for one reliable person to take charge of the full day-to-day running of my online store, which now carries more than 2,000 SKUs. Every order must be processed quickly, shipped on schedule, and any related questions answered through WhatsApp before they escalate. You will also keep a constant eye on inventory, updating stock levels the moment they change, adjusting prices when directed, and flagging low-availability items so we never oversell. Returns are just as important: you’ll process each return request, restock items that come back in sellable condition, and trigger the correct refund so the customer experience stays positive and our records stay clean. In practical terms this means: • Processing orders the minute they drop, preparing shipping labels, and confirming dispatch • Shipping orders via the couriers already integrated in our system, then sharing tracking links with customers over WhatsApp • Handling customer inquiries related to orders, from “Where’s my parcel?” to product-specific questions, always in a friendly, concise tone • Updating stock levels in real time, adjusting prices according to my guidelines, and monitoring overall availability across all listings • Processing return requests promptly, restocking viable items, and issuing refunds through the platform so accounts reconcile correctly You’ll report basic KPIs to me at the end of each week—orders processed, returns handled, stock alerts raised—so I can see performance at a glance. The store runs on familiar e-commerce back-office tools (Shopify admin, Google Sheets, courier dashboards, and WhatsApp Web), so please be comfortable with those or comparable platforms. If you have solid experience managing end-to-end operations for a catalogue this size, message me with a brief overview of your past work and the systems you’ve mastered.
