It sounds like what you want is a page: * that allows the visitor to search for a batch number * the search results bring up the specific product * the product links/shows a PDF for download A couple of points of clarification please. - Do you already have a store? Is so with whom? (Shopify, Wordpress, Squarespace, etc) - Where would you like this page to be visible? As the HOMEPAGE or as a separate page? - Is the PDF the of a product, the main receivable by the customer OR do you want them to be able to buy the product as well as download the PDF? - Do you have an example of what this feature working from another site? Before we could make this we would need to iron out the details and agree on the design and functionality of the feature/page, hence why it would take 12 days (assuming our correspondence has a 6 hour turn around time).
