Custom Shopify Mystery-Box Store

I already have the full look-and-feel, page structure, and customer journey mapped out for a new beauty & jewelry mystery-box brand. What I need now is a Shopify specialist who can turn those approved designs into a working Online Store 2.0 theme and, most importantly, code the “reward allocation” logic that makes the mystery-box concept work. Core scope • Build a bespoke theme from my Figma files, keeping load times fast and the UX identical to the mock-ups. • Create a back-end tool where I can upload each possible reward (product, SKU, image, value) and set its inventory and probability. • At checkout the customer pays, then is taken to a reveal page that fetches a reward, reduces inventory, and records the outcome in the order metadata. • Trigger the usual Shopify emails plus an extra “Your surprise is …” notification that includes the assigned reward. • Ensure staff can view, filter, and export reward data in the admin for fulfilment purposes. Tech notes I’m on the latest Shopify plan, so Online Store 2.0, Liquid, metafields, and possibly a light custom app / Shopify Functions are all acceptable. Please avoid paid third-party apps unless absolutely necessary. Acceptance criteria 1. Theme passes Shopify Theme Check with no critical errors. 2. Reward allocation works for guest and logged-in customers, even under high volume. 3. Inventory and probability rules behave exactly as set in the admin tool. 4. Reveal page and notification design match the supplied Figma ±2 px. 5. Full store launches without breaking core Shopify upgrades.
