bash script for bitbucket API

I am looking for someone who is able to write bash script which will list branch-restrictions for every repository in every project (workspace) in bitbucket.org. Authentication to bitbucket API through API key.

Parse this output message (json) and send email notification with report:

Project - Repo_name - branch - branch-restrictions details
