Job Description:
work closely with business teams to understand their requirements, provide design recommendations and work with business teams to implement either via development support or paired programming. In addition, they will help to operationalize solution support in the business area.
Project objectives include:
• Create solutions using Power Platform to replace legacy solutions
• Streamline inefficient processes
• Use Power Automate manually intensive processes
• Build the skills of business users to allow them to continue to build, improve and maintain their solutions.

MUST BE based in the United States, Puerto Rico, Costa Rico, Mexico, or Canada
Work full time starting mid to late Feb 2023 thru Jan 2024
3-5 years of development experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
Strong understanding of case management systems and the ability to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements
Experience migrating data from SharePoint to the Power Platform & data integration connecting to various systems and data sources
Good understanding of testing web applications for mobile use and accessibility
Strong understanding of user experience design and the ability to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
Experience with agile development methodologies and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to come up with solutions to complex issues
Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with the business team to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
Strong ability to be autonomous, proactive, and self-motivated
The candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software development
A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is also preferred
