I will provide the document library fields and the requirements for the workflows, then I need you to build the workflows. The workflow will be a 3 step process. User changes a document status column which initiates the peer review workflow, the reviewers complete their tasks, feedback is collected and sent to the author. If required, the author makes changes to the document, changes the doc status column to the next step (step 3), which initiates a different approval workflow which requires 1 reviewer (which will always be the same person). The person receives the task, completes it, if approved the doc status column automatically changes to the next step (step 4) starting a final approval workflow. If step 3 was not approved the workflow sends an email to the author requesting changes be made to the document which is collected in a comment field when the user completes their task. At Step 4 - if approved the document is digitally signed, locked for editing, notifications are sent to all reviewers and authors involved from step 2-4 informing the document is approved and the doc status field automatically changes to "Approved". If not approved the author receives an email with comments entered by the reviewer at the task completion and the doc status field changes to "step1" to restart the process.
