I am looking for a freelancer who can build me an app interface for a helpdesk that is built with Azure services and can be linked with a ready Sharepoint list that has already been configured to manually log tickets.
The app should have the core functionalities of ticket logging and tracking, user management and authentication, and reporting and analytics. It should also support synchronization of ticket status updates between the app and the Sharepoint list. Additionally, I would like the app to be a web app built to run on Sharepoint API and Microsoft Teams API.
The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Azure services and Sharepoint customization. Experience with modern UI design is also a plus. Please provide portfolios of your past work for evaluation.
