"Best friends" is the right description, and that's the standard I'd build to. Recognisable at a glance, not just close enough. I've made plush toys before where the proportions had to match a specific character exactly, working from reference stills rather than a generic pattern. For Peep, Quack and Chirp I'd hand-draw the pattern pieces from show reference images, then sew in fleece with double-stitched, reinforced seams so they hold up to daily hugging. 9-10 inches feels right for something he can carry around easily. I'll send a photo of each stuffie before shipping so you can check details and give the go-ahead. Timeline: It depends on how we move forward ;) Price: £80 for all three, fleece included.
