Get Traffic to my Website

Hello, I am looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization specialist who can improve my conversion rates by analyzing my current situation through whatever methods they use and helping me to implement whatever changes need to occur for improvement. I am comfortable with a 3-month commitment for the CRO specialist to gather enough history and data to improve the conversion rate. I have redesigned my website ([login to view URL] ) and I am looking for someone who is proficient with Google Analytics as well as Webmaster Tools and website usability (UX). I have recently put tags on several of the site pages to see how traffic is doing, and I am getting some traffic volume, but still no conversions, so I need to understand why this is so, and correct it. As a solo musician (pianist), I do not have an ecommerce site or have expectations of hundreds of conversions per day. My traffic is extremely targeted, and consists mostly of local wedding brides, engaged couples to get married, and people looking for live music entertainment for holiday parties, birthday parties, anniversary parties, engagement parties, etc…. So, if I receive 20-30-people visiting my site per day, which is what is ‘appearing’ to be happening as suggested by my Google Analytics, that would be absolutely great, as long as those 30 visitors represent actual ‘legitimate’ traffic. I am ranked fairly well for many keywords. Some of those keywords are nj pianist, piano players new jersey, nyc pianist, wedding pianist nj, wedding musicians nj, wedding ceremony pianist nj, and several other keywords similar to these. Not being an expert in CRO, some of the common sense questions that I would have regarding my lack of conversions would be: 1.) Who (exactly) is clicking on my site? Are they really locally targeted traffic, or are they just “junk” traffic? Someone well versed in Google Analytics can probably set up some parameters to measure and monitor this to provide me with some useful feedback. Also, are my backlinks helping me or hurting me, and I need someone to help clean up my backlinks if some need to be eliminated. 2.) Is the actual traffic from a local geography, since all my services are locally geotargeted (New Jersey, New York City, Philadelphia)? Again, an expert in Google Analytics can probably set up some parameters to measure and monitor this to provide me with some useful feedback. 3.) Where on my website are my visitors clicking (or NOT clicking)? I would think that a heat map of some sort would assist with this, but I would want an expert like yourself to make that decision, and if a heat map is needed, to determine which heat map (or other tool) would provide the best information for my purposes, in your opinion. Is my website usability good? 4.) How long are they staying on those pages and the bounce rate (which is not bad at around 52%). It has been MUCH higher in the past, so it appears that visitors are staying on my pages, but again, I am getting practically zero conversions in the form of phone calls, emails, inquiry page responses (i.e., Contact Me page). 5.) How does the mobile version of my website perform vs. the desktop computer version, and is it’s usability acceptable? If not, how can I improve upon this? These questions come to mind, but as an expert in your field, you probably (hopefully) have many other questions and methods to get to the bottom of my conversion problems. Let me know your thoughts.
