Suggest ways to improve audience retention and channel growth using analytics. Requirements: Experience growing YouTube channels. Portfolio of previous YouTube videos or channels you've worked on. Strong understanding of YouTube SEO and audience retention. Ability to produce high-quality content consistently. Fluent English. Comfortable using AI tools when appropriate while ensuring the final content is original and high quality. Channel Goal: Build a profitable faceless YouTube channel that can be monetized through YouTube ads and eventually expand into sponsorships and affiliate marketing.
