Blog Articles Not Crawled - Support Needed

Job Description:
I own a network of sites. They're crawled, fetched. When i Search with site:: they appear.
When I search the full article titles they appear.
But when I write about someone, who's name is not popular and very unique, the blogs dont come up. sometimes in page 9 - 10 they show up, sometimes not at all.
I have many sites with different c class ips, and servers. How can I fix this?
Some sites have auto posting which can cause this, how to fix?
Some do not have any seo on site problem or auto posting and this issue occurs.
i have other blogs not doing this. who can guide so i can fix this?
i submit them in google search console, all is good but still nothing changes.
