364283 Google Analytics & PPC Expert

What I need or require: I already have a website that ranks well in google, with number one and two positions in organic searching for my keywords. I switched off google adwords when I achieved the high rankings but now I want to switch them on again but this time with full google tracking and analysis. Basically I don't have the time or skills to do this myself, though I do have google analytics set-up and have been running adword campaigns for other websites over the past years. However I feel now it is time to get a true expert involved. I need someone to run the adwords campaign for us. You will be required to manage the campaign. I do have experience of google adwords but need somebody who can test the ads, click through, conversions and google analytics. This will be an ongoing assignment for the right person and opportunity to get involved in my other internet businesses. Other context/requirements that providers will need to know: Requirements are to perform thorough testing and tracking of performance. I want someone who will be a true part of the team and will put in the required effort, as if it was your own products you were selling. Therefore you will need to spend time tweaking ads, testing, to get the best results possible. I will need weekly reports to see what is working and in particular google anaytic reports to see what our return on investment is. Specific expertise that I am seeking: Google adwords and analytics expert. I want someone very experienced in these two areas. Please do not just send a generic profile about you or your company. I need to know how you have improved other clients results and what they say about you. If you have references that would be great. I need someone who knows: - the tricks of the trade and can get top spots for the lowest cost possible - how to use google analytics to give full tracking and make recommendations that will increase profits - what tweaks to make on pages to get more sales or opt-ins For example I want to know the cost of opt-ins (subscribers) and also the cost of customers. Person needs to be able to do split testing on pages and come up with alternative suggestions for the home page as well. Timeframe: Initially this is an initial two month based assignment.
