131623 Link Building for Web Designer

I am looking for an ongoing working relationship with a professional link builder (ie - for multiple freelance projects) The first project I'd like to offer you is a link building project to build 25 links for a Web Design company web-site over the next 25 days. If your progress on this project is satisfactory, you may also receive two additional jobs - as well as more link building work from me in the future. My criteria for links is: - Links must appear on sites which have been indexed by Google - on pages which are indexed by Google - Links must appear on pages which are no more than one click away from the homepage - Links must NOT appear on sites which are hidden by [login to view URL] files, use span tag links, or nofollow attributes - Links must not appear on link directories - All links must be one-way links (no reciprocal) - Links should appear on pages which are related to web-design, web development, web-site design, ecommerce, and internet marketing - Links must only appear on sites which are written in English only - Preferably on Content pages. - Pagerank of 4 and above - Never on pages of 30 or more links - On sites in English only. - Plain HTML, permanant, one-way links links ONLY ... That means: No classified ads, FFA, guest books, directories, articles, scraper sites, mirror sites, link farms, orphaned link pages, no reciprocal links, no pages blocked by [login to view URL] or nofollows, no links blocked by nofollows, javascript, cloaking, 301 redirects, etc - 1 link per domain or IP (including from sites which already carry links to my site) - Links must be permanant I plan on providing you with: - A list of link 4 different link titles (ie - anchor text), plus - 4 different link descriptions, plus - A list of 4 different URL's the links should point to, and roughly how many of the links should point to each URL on this web-site. I will supply you with these after the project has been accepted. I would like to receive a report (in an Excel spreadsheet) which details: - The URL of the site - The URL of the link (so I can see where the link is) - The Title of the site - The Page Rank - The e-mail address of the webmaster - IP of site My deadline will be 25 calendar days from the project start date. I'm limiting this project to 25 links in the first month because I want the link building to look natural - however this project will likely be part of an ongoing link campaign. I am looking for a link builder who has an understanding of SEO, who can follow instructions, and implements my instructions with speed and quality.
