Article writer needed for long term basis

I need a person who is expert in writing articles and SEO. Preference shall be given to the person who impresses me with his work; I don’t trust people easily please keep that in mind. All the necessary details about the article are given in the doc attached with the project. I shall pay 1.5- 2$ for each article. Based on the nature of writing I can increase the price.
Important points regarding the document you shall provide me at the end :
1) Before payment I will check whether u have worked up to my requirement or not; I can deduct money if it is not up to the mark.
2) I need the ensure that u can work with me in future because i am not searching for a guy for just one project so please make sure u impress me well..
