Fitness writing / articles (SEO)

I'm looking for a writer to put together some articles for the website of a personal trainer. The articles need to be made with SEO in mind, so experience with this is a plus. I'd prefer the articles to be 'dumbed down' sufficiently enough that someone without a fitness related background could understand them. I'd prefer to select a writer that has a background in health / fitness. I would like the articles to be about a primary topic, and further broken down into specific 1-2 paragraph sub-topics (for easy scrolling / reading). For example: Topic: How can I get a six pack? Paragraph Subtopic: Abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym! Paragraph Subtopic: Remember, diet is everything! Paragraph Paragraph Subtopic: A personal trainer can guide you in the right direction! Paragraph (personal trainer sales pitch / call to action). -- see the attachment for an example. I'm looking for about 20 articles, around 500-750 words each. I will provide the topics in private / to the winning bidder. I will also provide the existing website of the trainer and information regarding his credentials, etc.
