E-Commerce Site QA Testing

I need a systematic, end-to-end test of my e-commerce store. The goal is to confirm that every customer journey—from landing on a product page to completing checkout—works flawlessly, feels intuitive, and is free from security gaps. Scope • Functionality- Frontend as Buyers: add-to-cart, coupon codes, payment gateway, order confirmation emails, account creation, and any edge-case flows. Backend as Sellers: Product Listings CRUD Operations, Xreate Coupons, Seller Profiles, Order Processing Eavh and every functionality in Seller Panel etc. • Usability: overall navigation, clarity of calls-to-action, mobile-touch friendliness, and speed perceptions. • Security: session handling, input validation, exposed data in URLs, and any obvious OWASP-style vulnerabilities. Device Matrix I’ll supply a short list of specific phones and tablets that reflect our traffic analytics; please run the tests natively on each. Desktop coverage on standard modern browsers is helpful but secondary. Deliverables 1. Consolidated bug report (spreadsheet or test-management export) with clear reproduction steps, severity, and screenshots/video. 2. Security findings called out separately, ranked by risk. 3. A concise usability summary highlighting friction points and quick-win improvements. Acceptance Criteria • Every issue includes a step-by-step path and supporting evidence. • No critical or high-severity bugs remain unreported across the specified devices. • Recommendations are practical and mapped to the observed problems. If you already use tools like Selenium, BrowserStack, or Burp Suite, mention them; otherwise manual testing on real devices is fine. Timing is flexible but I’d like the first findings within a week so devs can begin fixes.
