AOSP Camera Module & Codec specialist required

Because we are developing our own OS for a phone based upon AOSP we use the Camera Manager of AOSP which need to be customized to the needs to be able to integrate it into our OS.

This will be a long-term job, whereby you help our developers on the camera module, camera codec and prioritize the foreground use of the camera.

We require a specialists help as we do not know everything, with advisory and co-development we can solve works more rapidly.

When developing our communication application inside the OS we need the video communication application to use the camera module while it is running on the background using API-calls that allows it to use the video camera while the communication application is in use.

You also need to help with the codec whereby as it is non-set when loading the AOSP, the codec is in the uninitialized state. You need to configure it to the needs we require.

You also need to create an end of stream marker whereby the camera stops recording when the call is ended, so not by accidentally keep on recording.

This will be an ongoing job.

We will discuss over video conferencing. We will pay you each time accordingly what is is agreed.
