At [[url removed, login to view]] I have an OSCOMMERCE site. [url removed, login to view] recently forced an upgrade from PHP 4.3 to 5.3. PHP 5.3 had major problems and they dropped it back to PHP 5.2. A lot of the site works still, but the products can't be found. The underlying MySQL is still 5.0 and the tables are all there still. It's just the script of 2.2 is having some problems with the PHP compatabilities.
What I need is someone to figure out what needs to be done and do one of these choices.
1.) tweak the 2.2 Oscommerce code to work with PHP 5.2 or 5.3
2.) Upgrade the 2.2 Oscommerce code to work with PHP 5.3 and transfer the 2.2 Oscommerce mysql database into the mysql database that comes with the new Oscommerce.
This project requires Oscommerce, PHP and mysql experience. Must be willing to communicate the status routinely. I prefer someone who can speak English.
The current oscommerce site (that was functioning before Godaddy moved to PHP 5.3) has these additions:
1.) I do digital downloads of mp3's
2.) I do Paypal
3.) On each product page, the associated "more product information" link of the standard page has been changed to "listen to mp3 sample."
