Sales Force Implementation -- 2

We have an account with Sales Force for 2 users. We want to set up the following 1- Import 250 contacts 2- Import less than 30 leads (hot/cold leads). Uploading of previous offers and proposals sent to clients. Uploading of company profiles.. etc. 3- Set up the Leads categories between New Lead, Cold Lead, Hot Lead.. etc 4- Set up the list of services in a drop down menu so that we can choose the service that the contact/lead may be interested in. We need to be able to choose multiple services per contact/lead 5- Set up the completion stage of each lead (new, cold, hot..etc) 6- Set up unto 10 reports to see graphs on the leads status, what is expected to close in the next month/quarter, how many leads are there for each service, how many new leads were generated in the last few weeks.. etc 7- Set up integration between Salesforce and an email campaign system to create HTML emails to leads and contacts. We want to be able to send an email to Cold Leads who contacted us for a certain service for example...etc 8- Training for one user for 5 hours (3 sessions- 5 hours total) 9- We need this completed by Jan 18. 10- We need to set up so that the user can insert his activities with these leads (last emailed/last called). Our IT will link our Gmail EMAIL server with salesforce so that emails can be sent via system and calendars can be synced. You need to manage that with the IT team. 11- We need to be able to generate reports to see how many meetings were done with existing leads, new leads, new contacts, along with a description/summary of what happened each meeting. We also need Automation of leads that are generated via email campaigns as well as website page. On Marketing: We will do some campaigns on Linked, Adwords, Email Campaigns, Our Own Website and we want those leads to automatically flow into the system. 12- When we go our for business, and we receive a lead, in order for us to prepare a proposal, we sometimes have to go to subcontractors for them to bid on certain parts of a project. We need a section to be able to upload their bids into the [login to view URL] need to ensure that there is a section for Subcontractors list, names, what services they offer, contact people there, and whether they are a preferred vendor or not. So basically when we enter a subcontractor we need to specify if he is preferred or not and what services they offer. 13- Team: Basically we have Bus Dev person whose job is to generate leads via Walk In Clients, Networking Events, Existing Contacts, Email Campaigns, Adwords Campaign, LinkedIn Campaigns, Referrals.. etc. Then he will meet those leads and offer them the services. We may already know for which service the client contacted us. But in some cases we will know later which service(s) the client is interested in (can be multiple services). There will be a few milestones (first meeting, second meeting, proposal created, proposal sent, proposal approved...etc) which will allow us to also assess whether the lead is Hot, Cold, ..etc. In some cases we will need to put in the system to contact the client again after one month/year which we want the system to automatically put it in calendar (or be able to generate a report). At the time of preparing the proposal, we will need to contact a few companies to give us their prices (subcontractors) in order for us to estimate our cost and then put a margin and determine the price. We want to be able to have a section where these proposals (from subcontractors) are inserted for each job. The proposals need to be uploaded, and costing needs to be done through the system then we add a margin and issue proposal. We want the Bus Dev Manager to be able to upload management reports to the system for his manager to be able to view them Please add to your bid a list of your own bullet points of what the scope will be in order for me to ensure you understood the task.
