**Title:** Freelance Vendor Onboarding Executive (Field + Calling) – Dubai & Hyderabad -- 2

**Description:** We are looking for motivated freelancers to help onboard vendors for our fast-growing e-commerce platform (multi-vendor model similar to quick commerce apps). Your role will involve identifying and reaching out to local shops and businesses, either by visiting them in person or contacting them via phone, and onboarding them onto our platform. **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify potential vendors within a 500m to 2 km radius * Visit shops or contact vendors via phone * Explain and demonstrate how our app works * Convince vendors to join the platform * Assist vendors with onboarding and product listing (basic guidance) * Ensure successful activation of vendors on the platform **Target Locations:** * Hyderabad * Dubai (Only freelancers based in these locations should apply) **Compensation:** * Attractive commission per successful vendor onboarding * Performance-based earning (higher onboarding = higher income) **Requirements:** * Strong communication and convincing skills * Comfortable with field work and/or calling * Basic understanding of mobile apps * Self-driven and target-oriented * Prior sales or onboarding experience is a plus * Sales * Field Sales * Lead Generation * Telemarketing * Customer Acquisition * Communication Skills * Marketing * Business Development * Client Management * Vendor Management * Onboarding * Market Research * Direct Sales * Relationship Management
