Support/Sales Agent for Website Builder

We are looking for an energetic support/sales agent to support our customers with our online product globally. We are a global company offering an easy-to-use website builder used by numerous customers around the world. Our service is free, but customers are offered advanced features included in a Premium plans (Freemium). The agent's task will be to guide the client through the process and lead them to upgrade their websites via online chat. The agent will provide technical support and help customers find their way around if needed (it is super easy) - in an attempt to close a sale. Salary per hour plus sale-based commissions (details will be specified to shortlisted applicants).​ Requirements: Understanding website building field and domains. Experience with platforms such as Weebly, Wix, WordPress is a huge advantage. English speaker - FLUENT/NATIVE. Availability to work during different working hours and days (We provide 24/7 support) Sales experience is an advantage - sales motivation is a must! Additional languages are huge advantage
