Seeking Professional, Driven Business Development Executive/Account Manager to work, on a freelance basis, for Cleaning Services Company.

Description: Our company provides contract cleaning services to a range of sectors. We are expanding our business and profile to develop the considerable success achieved to date.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for:

- Continuing to develop an integrated service offering which may include: consumables; washroom services; window and high-level cleaning and specialist floor cleaning

- Development of new business in the London / M25 area to end-user organisations in all business sectors

- Identifying opportunities in the territory, taking the opportunity from initial contact to negotiating and closing the sale

- Ensuring that contact is made at a senior level with key decision makers

- Building a sales pipeline of new business opportunities that will ensure that the sales target will be met

- Identifying opportunities within the existing customer base to maximise sales revenue.

You must be:

- A capable Business Development Professional with the will to win, who is tenacious especially when dealing with medium to long sales cycles

- Commercially astute with experience in bidding and winning business

- Able to demonstrate a proven track record in services and/or solution sales

- A team player, with excellent presentation skills

- Able to work with internal staff, who will support your sales initiatives

- Experienced in selling Contract Cleaning Services or related services

- Able to identify potential business opportunities, be able to set up appointments at a senior level with potential customers, develop opportunities

- Able to display excellent Communication Skills - you will be confident and able to communicate and present solutions at all levels from owner-operated businesses to Board Level with the ability to negotiate and close sales

- Computer literate, organised, able to prioritise and deliver results

- Able to provide your own IT and telecommunication equipment and your own transport
