Job Description:
We are looking for a self-employed salesperson to join our team and help us sell our beautiful semi-precious jewelry online. As a commission-based salesperson, you will be responsible for generating sales and earning a commission based on the total value of the sales you make each week.
The commission structure is as follows: If you make sales of up to £200 per week, you will receive a 10% commission. If you make sales between £200 and £300 per week, you will receive a 15% commission. If you make sales over £300 per week, you will receive a 20% commission. The weekly target runs from 12:00 am on Monday to 11:59 pm on Sunday and applies only to sales made in the UK.
As a salesperson, you will receive a unique code that you can provide to your customers. When they use this code at checkout, they will receive a discount, and you will still earn your commission based on the final value of the sale (excluding any discounts).
We will provide all products and quantities available for sale online, as well as handle all aspects of delivery and post-sale support. You will be responsible only for generating sales using any method you prefer, and we will not be responsible for any costs incurred in generating sales or for any employment relationship.
