Sales Representative

We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue

growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Job responsibilities will include:

-Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

-Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

-Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, social media neto

-Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

(help answer emails and problem shoot any issues, relay them to me as needed)

-Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

-Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.

-Help with market potential, & sourcing agencies and making fashion connections & building relationships

in New York, LA, Miami & Chicago.

-Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and

potential for new products and services.

-Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

-Product knowledge.

-Continuously improve through feedback.

-Lots of networking & relationship building with agendies, photographers, models with large networks &

social influencers.

-Helping pass out business cards & promo materials at stores and fashion events.

Sales reps are said to be Inside or Outside reps depending upon whether their primary mode of

customer engagement is on the phone (inside) or in person (outside). Inside sales representatives

are usually tasked with selling lower-priced products and services while outside sales representatives

are more likely to attend many client meetings, spend longer developing relationships, create targeted

presentations and sales packages and ultimately, sign longer lasting and higher value deals.

The skills of a sales representative are strong customer service, an ability to book sales calls as well

as a knack for closing deals (making sales), self-confidence and an ability to speak confidently about

an industry as well as a company's product/services.

The biggest things I need assistance with will be sourcing more accounts verses just single

customers. So working with marketing, photography, modeling, acting, entertainment agencies will be

a big part of this. Helping also network and work with social influencers on IG as well as other social

media platforms to have them rent or display some of the fashion in shoots, do shout outs, and help

with content marketing will also be a big factor. As the position grows you'll need to help with emails and office outreach.

Starting salary will be $16 pr hour + commissions & bonuses. Quarterly commission examples for

bringing on accounts, commission will be 3-5%.

1. If you can bring on an agency, model, photographers, or anyone in the fashion industry, including

just customers that rent on average 18 pieces per month consistently (these will all be averaged

out); commissions will be $2700

2. Bringing in an account that rents 25 pieces per month on average, commission will be $3700

3. Bringing in an account that rents 45 pieces in a month (which is about 20 days); commission will

be $6700

4. And while we are still growing the rental section if you can bring in clients or accounts that rent

out 90 pieces on average for a 20 day period on average commission on that account will be

$13k +

None of this includes also bonuses that can be added for bringing on loyal consistent customers. But

making partnerships with agencies will be a decent amount of our rental business if we do it correctly.

We will be growing the ‘designer dress’ section a lot too, so even working with bridal shops or event

venues as well as festival groups will all be apart of things.
