Sales Partner / Cold Caller (Commission-Based – 50%)

We are a fast-growing web development team (5 people) capable of delivering 15+ websites per month. We’re looking for a motivated Sales Person / Cold Caller who wants to earn based on performance, not a fixed salary. Compensation 50% commission per closed deal No salary, fully commission-based You earn only from real paying clients Payment structure: Client pays 25% upfront (this goes through you) After project completion, client pays remaining 75% Final split is 50/50 You receive your share from the first payment. Your Role Choose a country or market you want to work in We provide 50 targeted leads (researched from Google Maps) Your responsibility: Call businesses (cold calling) Offer them a free demo website Book a Zoom meeting Sales Approach Example pitch: “Hi, I noticed your business doesn’t have a proper website, so we created a demo design for you. Would you have a few minutes for a quick Zoom call so I can show it to you?” Important: The demo website is created after the meeting is booked (within 15–30 minutes). Workflow You book a meeting and notify us We build a custom demo website for that business You present it on Zoom You close the deal Pricing Package Delivery Time Price Basic Website 1–2 days $250 – $500 Advanced Website 5–7 days $500 – $1000 Additional Services Website maintenance: $25/month AI chatbot or phone agent: $50/month These services increase your commission.
