I took Electronic Commerce at the Asian Institute of E-Commerce in Angeles and Electronic Technology at Bulacan State University .
I was trained as a Call center agent, teaching English as a second language and also virtual assistance, and I received a training certificate.
I have experience about sales for my previous job, I learned how to promote the product, helping Customers and handling customers' concerns.
after that I was promoted as a cashier, and for this position I encoded the details of the clients' information as well as the sales volume of my teammates.
I also do data entry of customers and the sales data in the system.
after that, I was promoted as an OIC through this position I learned how to manage the whole team and give suggestion or tips to improve my team's sales in my store area.
I communicate with my head supervisor to send opening and closing reports to my area and even to the mall admins using Gmail and we chat
so i also fit as gmail support.
I am also flexible, hardworking and multi tasker for this position because being an OIC or Leader is one of the challenging duties that I have.
