We are Codand, a web & mobile app development agency, and we're looking for a Sales Executive / Business Development Rep — NOT a developer or designer — to bring in clients for our custom development projects. This is a sales role. If you are a web developer, designer, or coder looking to bid on a build, this is not for you — please do not apply. What you'll do: Prospect and pitch potential clients who need websites, mobile apps, or AI-powered solutions Source your own leads (LinkedIn, cold outreach, referrals, your existing network) — no lead list is provided Qualify prospects, present Codand's capabilities, and close deals Coordinate handoff to our dev team once a client signs on Compensation: 100% commission-only — no base pay 20% of total project value, paid only after the client pays for the project Example: $10,000 project landed → $2,000 commission Who we're looking for: Proven sales or business development experience (agency/software sales a plus, but not required — open to freshers too) Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills Self-motivated — this is an independent, results-driven role with zero guaranteed income Comfortable selling internationally (US, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, Middle East) as well as in India
