We are seeking a seasoned sales professional (a closer) to manage our lead gen campaigns. Our Junior acquisition team members are each generating 5 - 7 warm leads in a 4 hour shift. We have a second shift we are opening soon and would like to accompany our sales team with a we are strong closer. YOU WILL: Close warm leads by using our tried and proven model for attaining results Be willing and able to meet goals and do what you say you are going to do Complete and execute the job to the highest performance quality standards Write well and Communicate effectively at all levels of the Organization Prioritize and organize multiple tasks and projects concurrently Maintain an open mind to new ideas and suggestions and maintain strict confidentiality Possess good time management, interpersonal and problem-solving skills Be able to explain complex issues to potential Sellers in a manner easily understood and who may have limited knowledge of the process of selling their property Have excellent problem/conflict resolution skills with the ability to handle and diffuse difficult situations in a positive manner Exhibit sound judgment and swift decision-making skills If you love challenging goals, problem-solving, and seek to advance Professionally then you might be the perfect fit for our Real Estate Acquisition Manager position.
