Sales Associate

- They are looking to expand quickly to multiple 7 figures in the next year and need a passionate, eager, skilled Appointment Setter, Lead Generator and Salesperson to drive campaign results for their clients.

Company Overview:

- They are niched up in the Fitness, Health, & Nutrition industries and have several great clients.

- Include Chiropractors, Fitness Facilities, Nutrition Companies, CrossFits, Pilates Studios.

Your Objectives:

- Understand our services and the benefits of those services

- Communicate the value of our services to small business owners in our niche to excite them about meeting with Andrew in a sales meeting.

- To ensure proper setting of sales appointments for Agency Owner

- Cold emailing to our verified prospect lists!

- Follow up via email when responses come in

- Follow sales process to ensure appointments

- Get through the gatekeepers to the Chiropractor

- Set and schedule an appointment with Andrew with the business owner to review the details of the service being offered

- Get them excited and wanting to meet with Andrew for the sales meeting

- Follow up with no-shows, reschedules, non-responsive, non-interested prospects, etc.

- Deliver energy and enthusiasm each day

- Be 100% respectful, courteous, and bring your personality to each interaction!

- Provide value to lead during sales appointment to lend trust and empathy

Whom are we calling?

- Chiropractic Offices, Fitness Facility Owners, Pilates Studio Owners, Rehab & Recovery Facility Owners

- These lists will be organized in Google Sheets

KPIs for performance:

- Email appointments set each day: Goal is 2 per day

- Calls made per day

- Call appointments each day: Goal is at least 2 per day

- Show rates on appointments set: Goal is 70% each day

- Reschedule rates on no-shows, reschedules, and non-interests


- Google Calendar


- Use of Google Sheets aptitude required

- Your own phone to make calls in the United States

- Laptop required

- Personal email required

- Reporting tools for analytics, testing, and reporting

- Sales skills 1 year + of a proven track record of sales - MUST give us case studies of sales track record with sales goals and sales results

- Team player and team builder - MUST display a track record of great team building as we are looking for very specific leaders

- Detailed Oriented, Organized, and able to prioritize - MUST have examples of their organizational skills and how they are able to prioritize tasks

- Great communication skills and great English - This is a MUST.

- Loves receiving feedback from team members to better themselves

- Proactive, hard-worker, Get-It-Done attitude

- Doesn't mind routine each day because they understand it’s for a great cause and purpose

- Wants to be successful in his/her career long-term

- Is a beast with and always strives for more

Pay Structure:

- Base per hour

- % of Gross Sales

- Increases in salary and commission tied to the growth of the company and your performance
